Saw a great A3 online and Adam kindly reserved it for me as I couldn't get to him for a few days. The car was in great condition when I picked it up and Adam had replaced 2x tyres, 2x callipers, MOT and service with no quibbles. I bought a Mercedes C220d about five months ago and I can’t rate this garage high enough, the Best experience I’ve had buying a car You couldn’t ask for any better I had an issue with the water pump a couple of months after I bought it and he had it fixed straightaway The guy that runs it is an absolute star I will definitely be coming back when it’s time to upgrade I am a very happy customer !!

Great remo experience without coming to dealership

Saw ad online and contacted them as unable to view due to knee op and needed an automatic asap. I inquired about the car and every aspect of contact was excellent. Delivered 2 hours to my home and took part exchange unseen. All service history documents and car were in order. Car valeted and polished. I would be happy to recommend them on the basis of my experience

Makes the whole experience wonderfully easy. Just bought my second car from them and they are really helpful and great to deal with. Great experience, knowledgeable, helpful seller

Spoke to Norton Car Sales about a Skoda Octavia VRS, being in Southampton I wanted to know as much about the car as possible before having it delivered or driving up to Manchester (about 230 miles) they were really helpful with providing lots of information, videos of the car and pictures of all the service history etc. so drove up to view it, car was exactly as described, in excellent condition for the age and with extensive service history, was very happy with the service provided, would highly recommend Norton Car Sales to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from them

Amazing service from this Garage.We travelled from Yorkshire to see and potentially buy a BMW X5 and were met at the train station by a lovely chap named Adam. The car was in excellent condition and paperwork was as described in the advert. Very easy going type of guy with no pushy sales patter. Great after sales service too as I couldn't locate the receipt of sale. Contacted Adam, who emailed it over to me straight away. I'll be calling you when the Mrs upgrades her car! As a car trader I've seen all sorts and these guys are the real deal.
